Demonstration Garden at Blue Springs Community Garden

10th and Walnut, Blue Springs, MO

New in 2013, the Blue Springs Community Garden has five demonstration plots, one dedicated to pollinators, that Extension Master Gardeners plan, plant and maintain to encourage and inform Blue Springs Community Garden members.  Extension Master Gardeners teach basic gardening to garden members and are available every Saturday for questions and assistance.  Produce from the Extension Master Gardener plots is donated to Impact, a community food pantry.   Plot holders leave extra produce on a designated pallet in the garden, making it available for neighbors to use.
