Spring forward into gardening workshop- Kirksville, MO

On March 23, University of Missouri Extension will host a gardening workshop at the Kirksville Vo-Tech School. Topics covered at the full day event will be flower gardening secrets, raising chickens, caring for plants during a drought, growing and cooking with herbs, potentially harmful plants and animals, organic control of vegetable insects and diseases, landscaping tips, growing cool season veggies and weed identificaiton and control. Registration for the program is due March 19. Cost is $16 and includes lunch.
